Seema Vijan

Seema Vijan has over 15 years experience of managing Professional Services departments across the software industry. Between 1997 and 2005 she took SPSS UK Professional Services from $2m to over $5m. She also drove the development of a centre of excellence in Data Mining in UK and worked on the launch of the first MSc in Data Mining at Sheffield Hallam University. After leaving SPSS, she joined Softscape as Practice Director in Human Capital Management Solutions and was responsible for enterprise projects in excess of $1m for customers such as Unilever, Astra Zeneca and Barclays. Seema now works with Analytical People and is responsible for the company’s resourcing practice, focusing on helping customers with their advanced analytical hiring requirements.
